If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can change the ítems you bought. All exchanges and returns must be done within 15 days.
CHRISTMAS TIME: YOU HAVE UNTIL 15 OF JANUARY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can change the ítems you bought. Before sending back your parcel, send us an email to email@example.com and we will place for you the ítem you want until we receive your parcel.
In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing, both for the return of the garment and the new delivery (international territory). For national deliveries, the postage for exchange will be cost 6 €.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and you do not see anything in our Shop online you like you can send it back for a refund. In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing when you send back the item.
Once we receive the parcel in our warehouse we will send you an email and we will refund the money into your account (PayPal or bank account).
All exchanges and returns must be done within 15 days.

You have to include the Return&Exchange Sheet with the purcel. First, you have to download from HERE. Sencond, you must fill it and include it in the purcel. Third, you have to send the purcel to our adress.
This process could take 10 days or more. We will email you when we proccess your exchange or return.
Shipping costs are free in Peninsular Spain in order over 70 € (5 € in orders < 70 €).
Shipping costs are free in orders over 100 € in Balearic Islands and Portugal (7 € in orders < 100 €).
Shipping costs to Europe are 15 € in any case.
Titisclothing makes deliveries to USA (40 € shipping) and rest of worldwide (60 €).
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by officials customs, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. We cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
We do everything possible to attach documentation or some other requirement that local authorities might need to perform the delivery at destination.

In case you want to make your payment by wire transfer, please remember to send us your receipt by email to email@example.com within 48 hours. Your purchased items will be shipped once your payment has been received.
